Therapy only works when you attend! Consistency makes a big difference in the gains you can make. However, our lives are very full and busy, and sometimes unavoidable things come up that can prevent you from keeping an appointment.
Whenever I am able, I will attempt to reschedule appointments. I require 24 hours’ notice for a cancelled session. If the notice occurs too close to the session time, I will have to charge you the full amount of your session.
